How do I return or exchange an item?
We offer 30-day returns from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
- A 25% restocking fee applies to approved returns
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
To start a return, email us at support@kindrebelco.com with your order number and we’ll guide you through it.
Note: We currently don’t offer direct exchanges — simply return your item and place a new order.
What shipping options do you offer?
We keep it simple:
- Free Shipping (Standard) — available worldwide
- Priority Tracked Shipping — faster delivery, available at checkout
All orders include tracking so you can follow your package every step of the way.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
We’ve got you — always.
If your item arrives damaged or not quite right:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include a quick photo or video
We’ll send a free replacement — no stress.
How long does shipping take?
- Processing time: 1–3 business days (up to 5 during peak)
- Delivery time: depends on your location (usually 3–10 business days for most regions)
You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes — but you’ll need to be quick.
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of placing them.
After that, your order is already being processed and can’t be modified.
Why is my tracking not updating?
Totally normal at first.
Tracking can take 1–2 business days to update after shipment.
If it’s been 5+ business days, reach out and we’ll check it for you.
My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it
We recommend:
- Checking with neighbors or your local carrier first
If it’s still missing, contact us and we’ll help guide you through next steps.
Will my items arrive in one package?
Not always.
To speed things up, items may ship separately depending on availability and location.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to 200+ countries worldwide 🌍
Note: International orders may be subject to customs fees or taxes, depending on your country.
