OUR GUARANTEE
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase or the item doesn’t fit, simply contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. Returns are stress-free and no-questions-asked, provided the item is sent back in accordance with our return policy.
Please note: Returned items must be shipped back to us at customer's expense, and a restocking fee may apply as outlined in our full return policy.
OUR WARRANTY POLICY
KIND REBEL LLC ("we" or "us") warrants that the Products you purchase from us will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of six (6) months from the date of delivery (the "Warranty Period"). This Limited Warranty applies only to the original end-user purchaser of the Product and is not transferable.
What is Covered
This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of the Products.
What is Not Covered
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear of the Product;
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper use, or unauthorized modification;
- Damage caused by improper storage or maintenance;
- Damage caused by use with incompatible products or accessories;
- Damage caused by acts of God, such as fire, flood, or earthquake;
- Cosmetic damage, such as scratches or dents;
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.
Warranty Service
To make a warranty claim, please contact us within the Warranty Period at support@kindrebelco.com. You will be required to provide a copy of your proof of purchase and a description of the defect. We may also require you to return the Product to us for inspection.
If we determine that the Product is covered under this Limited Warranty, we will repair or replace the Product, at our sole discretion. We will bear the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement Product to you.
