If you’re not completely satisfied, you can contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return.
We keep it no-questions-asked — meaning we won’t challenge your decision or ask you to justify why.
But here’s the honest part (because we believe in transparency):
We’re a small business, not a big-box retailer. We already cover the cost to get your order to you — so if you decide it’s not for you, we simply ask that:
- The item is shipped back to us
- It is in original condition
- Return shipping is covered by the customer
Once we receive the product back and confirm its condition, we’ll process your refund in line with our return policy.
OUR WARRANTY POLICY
KIND REBEL LLC (“we”, “us”) warrants that all products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of six (6) months from the date of delivery (the “Warranty Period”).
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
What’s Covered
- Manufacturing defects
- Faults in materials or workmanship
What’s Not Covered
We keep it real — this warranty doesn’t cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Misuse, improper handling, or accidents
- Unauthorized modifications
- Improper storage or maintenance
- Use with incompatible products
- Cosmetic wear (scratches, dents, etc.)
- Damage caused by external events (fire, flood, etc.)
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If something isn’t right, we’ll take care of you.
Email us at support@kindrebelco.com within the warranty period and include:
- Your order number / proof of purchase
- A quick description of the issue
- Photo or video (if possible — helps us move faster)
We may ask you to return the product for inspection.
If approved, we’ll replace the item (our call based on the situation), and we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement back to you.
