We’re here to make things right; but we also keep it fair for everyone.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Changed your mind? It happens.

  • You have 12 hours after placing your order to request changes or cancellations.
  • Once your order enters processing (aka getting packed + prepped), it’s locked in and can’t be cancelled.

Returns

Not in love? Let’s talk.

  • You have 30 days from delivery to request a return
  • Items must be in like-new condition and in original packaging
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
  • A 25% restocking fee applies to approved returns

Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll issue a 75% refund back to your original payment method.


Damaged or Defective Items

If something arrived not-so-perfect (ugh, we hate that too):

  • We’ll send a free replacement — no questions asked
  • Just reach out within 7 days of delivery with a photo or video

Refunds (The Honest Part)

We keep things fair — here’s when refunds don’t apply:

  • Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
  • Package marked as delivered but not received (unless proof of delivery showing otherwise)
  • Requests made after 30 days from delivery

If something feels off though, still reach out — we’ll always try to help where we can.
